Our new Help Center feature allows you to ask questions, search our library of support articles/guides, and get suggested responses all within the Tellescope platform.
You can access the Help Center by clicking the question mark icon in the upper right corner of the webpage.
Within the Help Center, you will be presented with suggestions based on the page you are currently on within Tellescope. If you click on one of the suggestions, you'll be redirected to the corresponding ZenDesk support article.
You can use the search bar to ask a specific question, for example: Can I provide a link to a patient profile in a team template?
Upon submitting the question, our automated agent will attempt to point you in the right direction. In this example, our agent was able to successfully identify that we can use the string {{enduser.profileURL}} to link to a patient profile within an internal team template. You can also see the agent has linked the article in which the answer was found, as well as related articles that might be useful.
In the event that the agent is unsuccessful in identifying an answer to your question, you can utilize the "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET" button to send a support request directly to the Tellescope team.
