What can we do about it: While there isn't anything we can do about patients who've already unsubscribed from SMSs, we can try to decrease the number of future unsubscribes with the following:

Unsubscribing from Emails

How it works:
- Emails fall into two categories - Marketing and Transactional.
- Patients can unsubscribe from Marketing emails (see below how to set this up), but not from Transactional emails.
- Unsubscribing from Marketing emails will not unsubcribe a patient from Transactional Emails.
-
How to track it
- You can leverage the "Unsubscribed from Marketing" field!
-
-
What can we do about it:
- Much like with phone unsubscribes, there is not much we can do to once it has happened BUT we could prevent it as much as possible.
