Whereas our "No Recent Appointment" feature looks at whether or not appointments have been booked in the past, the "Upcoming Event Count" feature looks forward!
This feature exists as a condition in a journey!
In the below example (screenshot and video), you'll see us sending an SMS to a patient if they do not have an appointment coming up.
