Concerned that your emails are going into Spam? Are your calls not reaching patients?
Emails going into Spam
There are two mains ways we'd advise clients address this:
1. Integrate your email agent:
Integration with Gmail or Outlook will make it such that your emails are literally being sent from that account (vs from yourcompany.tellescope.io).
2. Let patients know to mark you as a safe sender
The more people mark you as a safe sender, the less likely it is for your emails to land in Spam.

1. Setting up a callerID can help.
2. Submitting your profile for a SHAKEN/STIR program can help
