Context allows you to view a form response on a ticket that was generated in a Journey or a Trigger that the Form response originated from.
- Add a trigger or journey step that is based on a form response
- Add a journey step that generates a ticket
- The ticket generated will display the Context
- If you want additional tickets for the journey to also have the context, you should enable "Preserve Context from Previous Ticket" for all future tickets where you want the Context to populate
Note: For Ticket Queues, you can pin profile fields as context, but tickets that are assigned to a team member in a journey instead of added to a queue, this is not possible.
