1. Completion: By default the options will be "Market as Complete" or "Mark as Incomplete". If a ticket is created from a journey you can specify different completion options which will be shown in the dropdown list.
2. Edit: Clicking the pencil allows you to edit the ticket name, description, assignee, due date, related-patient, priority, and stage.
3. Snooze: Allows you to Snooze a ticket for a specified period of time which hides it from your ticket list.
4. Delete: Permanently deletes a ticket.
