Tickets: Setting Ticket Outcomes

Outcomes can only be specified for tickets created in a Journey

• Select Create Ticket for the Journey Step
• Under Outcomes type in the different options for things that could happen when completing that ticket
• When a ticket is created with outcomes set when going to complete the ticket, a user will be asked to select one outcome in order to complete the ticket

• Ticket Outcomes are often used in Journeys to branch and allow different things to happen based on the Outcome selected
