Forms: Submit a Related Form

• On the Timeline Click the Paper Plus Icon next to the form you would like to submit a related response for
• Submit the related form response
• After Submitting, the related form will have a box that says View Related

• Clicking the View Related Box filters the timeline to only show related forms
