Forms: Lock after Submission

• By default, form submissions and notes can be edited after submission
• When creating a form Checking the box next to Lock Responses on Submission which makes forms and notes uneditable after they have been submitted
• For locked notes, you will see a Lock Icon next to the submitted form on the timeline
