Advanced Conditional Logic allows you to use conditional logic and branch based on Multiple Form Field Responses.
- Create a "Parent Field" that will be used to branch off of
- Create > 1 "Child Field"
- Connect the bottom of the Parent Field to the top of the "Default" Child Field. The Default option is used as a catch-all for any responses that are not specified in other branch options
- Connect the bottom of the Parent Field to the other Child Field
- Select the Fields that you would like to branch on
- Specify the criteria you will be looking at
- Equals: Answer Equals a Specified Value
- Exists: Any Answer Exists for that Field
- Contains: The Field may have many things listed in it, but it has the Specified Value
- Does Not Contain: The Field may have many things listed in it, but it does not have the Specified Value
- Greater Than: Response for the Field is Greater than (numerically) than Specified Criteria
- Less Than: Response for the Field is Less than (numerically) than Specified Criteria
- Type in the Parent Field (CASE SENSITIVE) in the box next to the Form Field you're evaluating
- Repeat for other options you'd like to Add
- You can use Fields from any point in the form
- OR: Makes it so that at least one condition is true
- AND: Means that multiple conditions must be true
