Forms: Responses Tab

The responses tab allows you to view a list of all patients forms that are submitted and resubmitted and lets you download responses.

1. To download responses Click the Cloud Icon

• Select if you'd like to download as JSON or CSV
• Specify whether unsubmitted forms should be included in the download

2. All forms that are submitted and unsubmitted will be listed
