Forms: Callout Conditions

Callout conditions allow you to make responses that are abnormal or of importance easily visible to your team. 

• Under Callout Conditions click Add 
• Type in the responses that should generate a Callout (Case Sensitive)

Any response that matches the Callout will be highlighted on the patients timeline as Red
