Ticket Filters can be used to filter out one or many columns
Single Column Filter:
- Click on the Filter Icon next to the column name
- Click the Data that you would like to Filter by from the List
Multi-Column Filter:
Click the Filter Icon next to the Shown Mine/Show All Button to open the Filter Modal to filter by the following:
Status:
- Open: Only shows open tickets
- Closed: Only shows closed tickets
- All: Shows open AND closed tickets
No-Owner:
- When enabled, only shows tickets without an owner
By Owner:
- Shows tickets owned by the specified teammates
Closed:
- Shows tickets closed between a certain time range
Fields:
- Allows you to filter by any built-in or custom fields that you specify
Sorting
- Column Sorting can be used to Sort rows in Ascending or Descending order
