OursPrivacy Integration

Ours Privacy is a consent and pixel-management platform that integrates with Tellescope. Tellescope supports the integration via Google Tag Manager (GTM) — you save a GTM container key on the relevant Tellescope surfaces and Ours Privacy handles the rest.

The one piece their docs don't spell out (because it's Tellescope-side): the GTM key gets saved on appointment booking pages and forms. Each booking page or form has a field for the GTM container key — set it there and Ours Privacy's tracking will fire on those surfaces.

Where to save the GTM key

• Appointment booking pages — the booking page configuration includes a GTM key field.
• Forms — the form configuration includes the same GTM key field.

Set the key on every booking page and form you want Ours Privacy to cover.

Troubleshooting

If tracking isn't firing on a particular page or form, the most common cause is a missing GTM key on that specific surface — the key is set per-page/per-form, not globally.
