Viewing and Tracking Email CC's

Sending an Email with Someone cc'ed:

• If you cc an email, the email address you cc will be listed on the email timeline item
• However, the cc'ed email will not create a new contact

Receiving an Email with Someone cc'ed:

• By default, if you receive an inbound email communication with will not display who was cc'ed
• If you are using our Google Workspace Gmail Integration we will  show emails that were cc'ed
  • The cc'ed emails will not create new contacts in Tellescope
