Phone Calling Warm Handoff

Transfer an Inbound Call

• Answer the call
• Click the "Upgrade to Conference Call" Icon
• Select a user that you'd like to add OR Dial another user
• After hanging up the other users will remain on the call (Unless you click End Conference Call for all)

Transfer an Outbound Call

• Before making the Call select "Conference Call"
• Make the Phone Call
• Select a user that you'd like to add OR Dial another user
• After hanging up the other users will remain on the call (Unless you click End Conference Call for all)
