GoGoMeds (Vet Rx)

Tellescope supports a direction integration with GoGoMeds for veterinary prescribing. For all normal (human) prescribing, please refer to our Photon Health integration.

Integrating GoGoMeds with Tellescope

Navigate to the integrations page in Tellescope, click the GoGoMeds card, and provide the login credentials for the account you wish to integrate.

Data Management

Records in Tellescope should continue to represent humans (e.g. pet owners). Pet details are required for placing vet orders and should be captured in form responses and or / stored as custom fields on a patient (pet owner) profile.

Placing an Order

Navigate to an owners profile, select the GoGoMeds tab in the bottom right corner, and create a new order. If you’re missing any required information about an owner or pet, it will be flagged. Fill in the required information and click submit to place the order.
