Zus

👨‍💻 This step will require knowledge of interacting with Zus’ API

Tellescope can do the following: 

• Sync patients to Zus
• Pull encounter data into a custom profile view in Tellescope
• Unsubscribe a patient from Zus

Tellescope uses Zus’ Machine-to-Machine authentication

Create a new App Client with the role Builder Admin (steps 1 and 2 in the Machine-To-Machine guide)

In the Integrations page of Tellescope, provide a client_id and client_secret for this app client

Adding Patients to Zus

Once Zus is connected, a new journey action becomes available to automatically push a patient from Tellescope to Zus

Unsubscribing Patients in Zus

Once Zus has been connected, the "Zus: Delete Enrollment" Action becomes available in Tellescope Triggers. One trigger can be used to unsubscribe from one Zus subscription, but you can create multiple triggers to unsubscribe from more than one Zus package.

Using your integration, Tellescope loads a list of Zus subscriptions in our UI. You will need to save the "id" of the relevant Zus subscription as part of the Tellescope trigger.
