Tagging Messages for Reporting

You can now report on messages (SMSs, Chats, Emails) with specific tags! 

An interesting usecase - you can start tagging complaints messages with the tag "complaints" and then report on volume of those messages! Since you can pull up multiple tags, you'd be able to report on different types of complaints!
