The "Call Team Member" Journey step allows for a team member to be rang when reaching a certain step in the journey.
A great usecase example is if your team has OnDemand appointments (or overnight appointments!). You could have the team member responsible for the appointment be called (vs just emailed, which may not wake them up).
If you are using this for calendar appointments, you can even include the exact date/time of the appointment by leveraging this string: {{calendar_event.start_date_time}}
