Collecting Payment
In a Tellescope Form, you can leverage the "Chargebee" question type. This must include an ID from Chargebee - the ID of the Plan in Chargebee that you want to initialize as part of a Tellescope form. If the plan has different Price Points, be sure to utilize the specific Plan Price Point ID you want to charge for.
Setting a 1-time Charge for a Plan
To make a 1-time charge in Chargebee, rather than a recurring subscription, you will need to create a Plan and set the Daily pricing Plan Price Point ID to the Price Point ID of the Charge. A good use case for this is one-time or PRN lab orders.
To make a 1-time charge for a Plan in Chargebee, rather than a recurring subscription, use the specified field in Tellescope's Chargebee question for the One-Time purchase. It will be the same type of plan ID as a subscription.
Payment Gateway
You will need to set up a payment gateway through Chargebee for payment processing. To do so, navigate to Settings> Configure Chargebee > Payment Gateways. There are various options supported that you can select. If you do not set this up, you may see a continuously loading screen when using Chargebee form questions.
Customer Portal
In Chargebee, under Settings > Configure Chargebee > Checkout & Self Serve Portal > Configuration navigate to the Self-Serve Portal section.
When this is configured, patients with payments made via Chargebee will be able to launch the Chargebee subscription management portal from the Tellescope portal.
Portal must be enabled in Chargebee settings by having "Via Single Sign On API" selected
