The Visibility Editor allows you to decide in which scenarios certain message templates should appear after sending a message in the Compose Menu for a Patient's Profile.
- After creating a Template click the Pencil Icon next to the template name to open the editor
- For Channels: Lets you specify whether the template should appear for SMS, Email, Chats, or All types of messages
- For Roles: Lets you specify which roles the templates should be visible for
- For Entity Types: Lets you specify which Entity Types (i.e. Patients, Custom Entity 1, Custom Entity 2) the template should be visible for. If you set specific entity's, this template will only show when you're sending a message to an enduser that is that entity type.
