Steps

• Go to Templates Page
• Select Team Notifications from the dropdown
• Type a templated message
• This can be used to send your team automated messages for patient calendar events or for a journey step

Strings

• Enduser (Patient/Contact) Profile: {{enduser.profileURL}}
• Enduser (Patient/Contact) Zoom URL: {{enduser.videoURL}}
• Recipient (User/Staff Member who is receiving this message) First and Last Name: {{recipient.fname}} and {{recipient.lname}}
• Enduser (Patient/Contact) Healthie ID: {{enduser.Healthie ID}}
