- Adding an assignee help teams indicate who's responsible for managing that conversation
- After adding an assignee only the assignee will have messages show up as unread
- If you filter your inbox by assignee you will only see conversations that are assigned to that person
Unassigned Communication
- If a patient has a communication that could have been for multiple care team members (i.e. sends a text to a business number, emails a general organization, or make a phone call that many people are eligible for) we automatically assign that inbox item to every member of the care team
- You can them remove assignees and only those who are remaining will be assigned and notified going forward
