Calendar: Calendar View

From the Calendar View, you're able to see events that have been scheduled and synced from integrated calendars and the availability that's blocked off.

1. Lets you view the calendar by Day, Week, or Month
2. Allows you to select multiple user's calendars to view at once. Viewing multiple calendars at once using the Date View will show all calendars side-by-side.
3. Lets you filter by specific event types
4. Lets you search which user's calendar you want to view

Appointment Scheduled in Tellescope: 

• Shows appointments that you have scheduled in Tellescope

Availability Block:

• Blocks off the times in your calendar that fall outside of the availability you set in the Availability tab

Synced Appointments:

• Appointments that have been scheduled externally and are pulled in from other calendaring systems like Google Calendar, Outlook, or EHR calendar

Viewing Tellescope Scheduled Events on your Google Calendar / Outlook 

• Events scheduled in Tellesocpe appear on synced calendars as [Tellescope Event Placeholder] to prevent PHI from being added to calendars

Event Preview

• When clicking on an event scheduled in the Tellescope calendar, some information is previewed in the pop-up

Color Coding Calendars:

• Color Coding allows you to set the color that different types of events should show up on the calendar as
• Edit the calendar event template that you would like to color code, and in the event template select the Color that it should be
• Once the color is set you'll see that type of appointment listed on the color legend when you're on the calendar view
•
