Organization: Profile

In instances where contacts share the same phone number and you want the record of the phone call to be on the correct prospect's timeline, you're able to copy over the phone call to the correct contact's profile

• Go to the Organization tab
• Click Profile 
• Enable Allow moving phone calls from one profile to another
• Click the Icon on the Phone Call timeline entry that says Move to Another Profile
• 
• Select the profile that you'd like to move it to
• Click Save
