Types of Content:
- For Patients: Content that you plan to share with patients
- Internal: Content that will be used for your company's internal knowledgebase
Creating Content:
- In the Tellescope CRM click the Content tab
- Click the Plus Sign
- Type in the Title of the content
- Add an optional description to the content
- Add a Slug
- Unique Identifier for that piece of content in the URL
- Create a Category
- This will be used to categorize content in the Patient Portal
- Create a tag(s) for the type of content
- This will be used for sorting and searching for different types of content
- This can be used for assigning content by Tag
- Select what type of file the content will be
- Article Builder
- Video
- Select who Content Should be Assigned To
- All
- Every Patient
- By Tags
- Assigned to Patients that have all of the Tag or Tags set
- Manual
- Manually select and assign content to Patients
- Individual
- Assign to an Individual Patient
- Newly created content will appear in the Client Portal
Manually Assigning Content
- Click the Content you’d like to assign
- On the Assignment Dropdown select Manual
- Click Save
- Click the Person Icon
- Select the Patient that you’d like to assign it to
Article Editor
- Select Article for Content Type
- Write a Name for the Content
- Click the card for the element you’d like to add for the content
- Main Title
- Subtitle
- Paragraph
- Image Upload
- Video Link
- Drag and drop the card onto the editor
- Articles create will appear in the Client Portal
Previewing Content (Article Builder, PDF, Video)
Adding a Preview Image for Content in the Patient Portal
- Click the content you’d like to add a Preview Image to
- Click Select Header Photo
- Upload an Image
- The image will be visible by the content title in the Patient Portal
Other Options and Features within the Content Management System:
1. Allows you to edit the title, description, and preview image (for the portal) for a piece of content
2. Lets you delete a piece of content
3. Where you can select how content is assigned and who it should be assigned to
4. Lets you generate a public link where the content can be accessed from
5. Previews the content
6. Generates the HTML of the article (if you're using the article builder). This is particularly helpful for generating HTML that can be used for message templates.
7. AI Enabling allows you to have content suggested for internal knowledgebase queries.
