The Communications Tab for Analytics provides a pre-built report for communications sent and handled in the platform.
- Inbound Emails: How many emails were received by a user
- Outbound Emails: How many emails sent by a user
- Inbound SMS: How many SMS were received by a user
- Outbound SMS: How many SMS were sent by a user
- Inbound Calls: How many inbound calls we received by a user
- Avg. Inbound Call Minutes: The average duration (in minutes) for inbound calls taken by a user
- Outbound Calls: How many outbound calls were taken by a user
- Avg. Outbound Call Minutes: The average duration (in minutes) for outbound calls made by a user
