Filters let you specify which things should include or exclude patients in an analytics card (report).
Below are the different options there are for analytics card filters:
- Active Since: Includes patients who have messaged/called you, filled out a form, scheduled an appointment, or had a note taken on their profile within the specified period.
- Select Gender: Includes patients with the Gender that is specified.
- Born: Includes patients who were born within the specified time period
- Assigned To: Includes patients who are assigned to a specific user or users on your team

Has Submitted: Includes patients who have submitted a specific form or forms
- Condition: Lets you further filter, by only including patients who responded with a certain answer to a form
- Tags: Includes patients with all of or one of the tags specified
- Custom Fields: Includes patients who meet the criteria for the custom fields that you have specified.
