Analytics: Creating an Analytics Card (Resource Tab)

Resource Types:

• Select from the drop-down the resource that you want to measure:
  • Patients: Creates report based on patients in the system
  • Calendar Events: Creates report based on calendar events in the Tellescope calendar
  • Form Responses: Creates report based on forms created, sent, and submitted
  • Purchases: Creates a report based on purchases that happen through our Stripe/Square integration and/or for purchases that are manually logged
  • Purchase Credits: Creates a report based on purchase credits that have been manually logged for patients.
  • Tickets: Creates a report based on tickets that have been created, assigned, and completed.
  • Phone Calls: Creates a report based on phone calls that have happened (inbound and outbound)
  • SMS Messages: Creates a report based on SMSs that have been sent and received.
  • Medications: Creates a report based on medications that have been e-prescribed for patients using Photon Health.
  • Files: Creates a report based on files that have been uploaded and reviewed.

Type of Query:

• Total: Measures the total for a resource

Created Between:

• Lets you measure a certain resource that was created between a certain range
• Leaving blank counts everything for the selected resource

Created Between:

• Lets you measure a certain resource that was updated between a certain range
• Leaving blank counts everything for the selected resource
