By default, the dashboard will show:
Upcoming Events: Events that have been scheduled, sorted by those that are happening the soonest
Inbox: A running thread of patient messages and team chats
Tickets: Tickets that are due or will be due shortly
Team Chats: Internal team messages that you're a part of
