Organization: Dashboard Layout

Dashboard customization allows you to restrict what's visible on the dashboard by allowing you to specify which elements should be visible:

• By default, the dashboard shows Events, Tickets, Communications, and Team Chat
• Customizing allows you to have some combination of these elements visible:
  • Inbox
  • Tickets
