IMPORTANT NOTE: Group MMS cannot be used unless you are collecting the proper HIPAA consents, opt-ins, and acknowledgments from patients and others who will be in the group message
- Enabling Group MMS allows you to create Group Messages with multiple contacts
- Contacts must be related in the system in order to send them a group MMS (as shown below)
Group MMS on the Timeline
- Messages and replies from all contacts in the Group MMS will be visible on their corresponding timeline (and personal device)
