Team chat: Team Chat

Team chat allows you to message internal team members.

• If a team chat is started from a patient's profile using the Chat Widget then the Patient's name will be visible at the top of a team chat
• To start a new team chat Click the Plus Sign
• From the drop-down select which teammates you'd like to message
• To Close (archive) a conversation, in the top right hand corner Click the Three Dots (not visible for patient-related chats)
• To view Closed chats in the future Click Show All which displays open and closed chats
