Patient Profile: Adding Relationships

Relationships allow you to associate patients/contacts with each other, enabling you to easily navigate between both profiles

• Under the Profile information Click Add Relationships
• Select the relationship type
• Select which contacts/patients you'd like to add the relationship for
• Click Save
• You'll then see that contact's name listed in an oval on that patient's profile. Clicking it will take you to the other person's profile

• Care Recipient
• Parent
• Child
• Sibling
• Partner
• Grandparent
• Grandchild
• Power of Attorney
• Power of Attorney For
• Emergency Contact
• Emergency Contact For
• Relates To

Texting Related Contacts

In addition to using Group MMS which allows you to group text related contacts, if you have contacts with a relationship, you'll see an option in the "To" SMS to select one of the related contact numbers so you can send them an SMS without having to go to another page.
