Patient Profile: Editing Profile Information

• Edit fields by clicking the pencil icon next to the field (Assuming edit access isn't disabled)
• Open the patient editor by clicking the pencil icon next to the patient's name
• By Default a Patient Profile Includes
  • ID
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Phone Number
  • Date of Birth
  • Address
• Custom Fields can be added ad-hoc to an individual Patient’s Profile by clicking Add Field
• Custom Fields can be added in Settings --> Organization, for all Patient Profiles
• At the API Level, Custom Fields can be set as Default for all Patient Profiles
