Patient Profile: Unstructured vs Structured Notes

Unstructured Notes:

• Click Compose
• Select Notes
• Begin typing in information for the title and note description

Structured Notes:

• Click Compose
• Select Notes
• To access an Internal-Note that you created in the Form Builder select it from the drop-down under the Notes Tab.
