Settings: View and Inviting Users to Your Organization

Viewing Users

• Within Settings on the Organization tab, you can view a list of all users with an account in your organization
• ID: User Account ID
• Account Email: Email the user registered with
• Last Active: Time of most recent login
• Tags: Tags you've added to users that can be used for things such as ticket assignment and distribution.
• Role: User role in Tellescope

Inviting a User

• After clicking Invite User a modal will pop up which will allow you to enter in the user's information for the person you'd like to invite.

Bulk Invite with CSV Import

• On the organization tab click the Cloud Icon 
• Drag and drop a CSV file
• If you'd like to send the invite over email immediately, check the box next to Send Email Invites. Leave this blank if you do not want to send an invite.
• Select the role you'd like the imported users to have
• When bulk importing users you can also include tags as a column
