Create a Custom Ticket View:
- From the Patients Page the pencil next to Default View
- Click Add View
- Create a Title for the View
- Optional: Select Users or a Role that this view should be the default for on Login
- Optional: Check Save Currently Selected Filters. This combines the columns selected with the view with filters that you have enabled before creating the View.
- Click Add Column and select which column(s) you want visible for the view
- Click Save
Selecting a Custom View:
- If it's not set as a Default View click the Pencil next to Default View and select the view that you would like to use
